Our Story
Irresistible Catering was founded by the husband and wife team of Christopher and Brandee Shilling. Brandee, Irresistible Catering’s Head Chef, began her cooking career at the age of 5 where her mother stressed to her the importance of putting love and care into every dish. Brandee took this philosophy to heart and began displaying that principle in everything she made. Christopher immediately recognized how creative his wife was and how she made mouthwatering food using only fresh ingredients. After years of persuasion Christopher finally convinced Brandee to launch Irresistible Catering. Today Brandee is the Head Chef and handles the creative aspects of the business while Christopher focuses mainly on the business side of the organization.
